The Cleveland Indians are set to host the Texas Rangers at Progressive Field. The game gets underway 7:10 p.m. ET and Fox Sports Southwest is in line to televise this AL matchup.

Cleveland (-195) is a pretty big favorite against Texas (+182) and Vegas has the Over/Under for this game at 10 runs (-110 for the over and -110 for the under). The game’s current runline odds sit at -120 for betting the Rangers +1.5 runs and +100 for the Indians -1.5.
