For Iowa State, Brock Purdy completed 30-of-48 passes for 354 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Breece Hall (101 yards on 24 rush attempts) spearheaded the ground attack in the win while La’Michael Pettway (eight receptions, 100 yards) and Deshaunte Jones (seven catches, 144 yards, one TD) led the pass-catching corps.
Kansas has run the ball on 50.2 percent of its offensive possessions this year while Iowa State has a rush percentage of 46.2 percent.
