Chicago most recently lost a 38-31 game to New England last week. The defense let the Patriots rush for 108 yards on 27 attempts. Josh Gordon put up a solid outing for New England, recording 100 yards on four catches. For Chicago, Mitchell Trubisky completed 26-of-50 passes for 333 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Jordan Howard (39 rushing yards on 12 attempts, one TD) and the signal-caller Trubisky (81 yards on six carries, one TD) led the ground game in the defeat as Trey Burton (nine receptions, 126 yards, one TD) and Tarik Cohen (eight catches, 69 yards, one TD) led the pass-catching attack.
