The Cleveland Cavaliers (6-20) will travel to Scotiabank Arena to challenge the Toronto Raptors (17-8). The Raptors opened as 12.5-point favorites. The game’s Over/Under (O/U) has been set at 216.5 points and it will air on CTV Sportsnet Toronto at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday, December 16, 2019.
