The Texas Rangers will play host to the St. Louis Cardinals at Globe Life Park. The opening pitch is scheduled for 8:05 p.m. ET and Fox Sports Midwest is in line to televise this interleague showdown.

The Cardinals are 23-21 SU and have gone 24-19 against the spread (ATS). They’ve lost 0.3 units for moneyline bettors through the early part of the year, despite having gained 5.8 units ATS.
